SoulCycle Now Open In Miami

What do A-listers such as Katie Holmes, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Bradley Cooper, and Victoria & David Beckham have in common? They all have SoulCylce to thank for their enviable figures — that’s what.

And luckily for those of us in the Magic City, the popular full-body indoor cycling studio is now open in The Village of Merrick Park in Coral Gables as of this past Saturday, January 3 — marking the brand’s first year-round studio in the Miami area.

The 411? SoulCycle Coral Gables features a 52-bike studio, home to the signature SoulCycle workout, and an expansive SoulCycle lifestyle boutique selling SoulCycle’s original clothing collection. Additional rider amenities include five showers, multiple bathrooms and a locker area.

What should riders expect? Today, over 10,000 riders take SoulCycle classes everyday to release stress, burn fat, tone muscle, find joy in movement, and change their bodies and lives. The SoulCycle experience is high energy, results-oriented and community based. At SoulCycle, riders engage in high intensity cardio (burning between 500-700 calories in 45-minutes), while also toning their upper bodies using hand weights and core-engaging choreography. The exercise program focuses on rhythm and the “energy of the pack,” which creates a strong bond between riders.

SoulCycle classes are held in candlelit studios, making riders feel like they’re partying in a healthy nightclub. The dark, non-intimidating rooms allow riders to lose themselves in the workout. Rides take place to one-of-a-kind playlists with instructors who are inspirational coaches, pushing riders to do their best on and off the bike. The end result? An all-in-one cardio class with a feel-good personal development factor.

With 32 locations nationwide, Miami joins its sister studios already located in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and London.

Spin and win, Miami.
