This Miami Heat star says his show dog was altered forever — and he wants payback

Things were going great off the court for Udonis Haslem. He recently opened up a restaurant, 800 Degrees, in Aventura, with his buddy Dwyane Wade.

But then came a problem with his pooch, and now Haslem is suing a Cooper City veterinary hospital.

According to a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Broward County, the Miami Heat star alleges Murbur Inc.’s LeadER Animal Specialty Hospital neutered his dog, Juice.

The suit says Haslem went to the veterinary hospital in May after Juice swallowed a rope, which was surgically removed without incident. But the place then neutered the dog, allegedly without the basketball star’s OK.

Haslem claims Juice is a show dog, a Cane Corso puppy, that he was going to breed, and he wants the medical facility to pay up.

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat star has other things going on. He’ll be doing a free autograph signing at two different Check Cashing USA stores. Haslem will be at 3598 NW 27th Ave from 1 to 2 p.m., then at 18300 NW Second Ave. from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

We have a feeling Juice won’t be in the house.
