When it comes to Miami Beach hot spots, change is the only constant. This time around, it’s the Delano that is about to get a major redo. The hotel is partnering with Nammos Mykonos, the hottest international party spot in Greece, to create something opulent and unique at the hotel.
This is the first international collaboration for Nammos Mykonos, which is the sort of exulted, luxury beach experience you crave if you are Leonardo DiCaprio, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Sam Smith, Tom Hanks or Mariah Carey. The hot spot consists of a high end restaurant and a posh beach club, complete with cabanas and daybeds perched on the shores of Psarou, one of Mykonos’ most gorgeous beaches. The hospitality group is best known for creating a whole world of daytime entertainment for its brand and keeping its loyal guests coming back year after year.
That’s Delano’s idea of a good time, too. After all, it’s been a playground for celebs for years, including Beyonce, Jay Z, Madonna, the Kardashians and Jennifer Lopez.
“The collaboration of these two iconic brands will bring the Delano experience to the next level,” said Sam Nazarian, founder and CEO of sbe.
Nammos Mykonos is pretty excited, too, calling the project a “no-brainer” in a press release.
“Nammos and sbe both bring our own very eclectic ingredients to this venture, and we can’t wait to show Miami what we can create together,” said Tzannis Frantzeskos and Hesham Ibrahim of Nammos Mykonos.
We don’t know what the project will entail yet, exactly, but we can tell you there will be new and exclusive dining and beach club concepts that should be in place by late 2019.
