Amara La Negra just totally changed her look. Where did her signature afro go?

Amara La Negra is switching things up on us.

The “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” fave posted a video of herself looking wayyy different last week and we are still feeling it.

Was it makeup? Clothes?

No. It was  the singer’s signature ‘do.

Out with the large afro, in with super long extensions.

La Negra’s caption, “#CHANGE #Repost @kadokel Dripping in gold MÒN Chandelier.”

Most followers were kind.

“The beautiful multifunctionality and versatility of beauty in any style you strut and slay,” gushed a fan.

“Omggggg you look like a goddess,” wrote another.

One posted that the Miami resident should “create a barbie doll for all the afro-girls around the world. A collection with all your hairstyles.”

Another Instagram pic that looks as if it was taken in a car shows off her beautiful facial features, in what appears to be a bun atop her head.

La Negra’s hair was a huge topic on “LHHMIA.” In January, when the VH1 show premiered, promoter Young Hollywood told the rising star that she needed to change “lose the afro.”

“You need to think a little more Beyoncé and a little less Macy Grey. You need to lose the afro,” he told the local rapper.

Needless to say, Le Negra didn’t. Until now.

No worries, a few days later, the signature afro was back. She posted a “Morning Motivation” video (glam in retro sunglasses), pumping up her followers.

“All those people who don’t believe in you or trust in your dreams, it’s OK,” La Negra says assuringly. “You don’t need them.”

Want even more Amara? She’ll perform a Halloween night concert, on Wednesday. Courvoisier Presents Rácket Live in Wynwood, at 150 NW 24th Street, starts at 9 p.m.
