The Gables welcomes another dose of Latin/Mediterranean eats this month as Zielo opens on Giralda Ave. The elaborate dining room is host to a globetrotting menu blending empanadas, tuna tartare, papparedelle with short rib, veal sliders, rice eye and organic duck breast. 264 Giralda Ave, Coral Gables; 786-953-4182
