Really authentic spanish, cuisine has new interpretations of traditional spanish dishes such as Arroz Negro (Black Rice), Paella de Marisco (Seafood Paella), Cochinillo Asado (Suckling Pig in Low Temperature) and a wide variety of Tapas. Very nice dining ambiances and attentive service. Try it and you will also get hooked! ... Read more

About

Popular with Spaniards and Latins of all nationalities, this quintessential Miami tapas bar has a small wine department with a few wine barrels as tables and a deli section that sells cheeses, cured meats and Spanish grocery items. There is a bar counter with prepared tapas and a dining area that seems to be full at all times. The menu is a combination of little dishes like thin Basque sausages (chistorras) sautéed with white wine, fried chickpeas (garbanzos fritos), croquettes, empanadas stuffed with Galician salt cod or tuna, chorizo or tuna in cider in the style of Asturias, sandwiches (bocadillos) and daily specials like braised rabbit and black rice (arroz negro). Sandwiches -- especially with Spanish white tuna (bonito del norte) are also outstanding.
