DON'T LET'S START
THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS
No band ever fit the description of "quirky" better than TMBG, which appeals to both kids and grown-ups by combining an intellectualism bordering on geeky with an elegant sense of melody; the duo performs in support of its 12th studio album, "The Else." You'll also hear "Don't Let's Start" and "Birdhouse in Your Soul," plus - we can only hope - the theme song to "Malcolm in the Middle."
Details: 2 p.m. at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Knight Concert Hall, 1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami; 305-949-6722 or www.arshtcenter.org; $19.50-$29.50.
If you don't think you've heard John Hiatt's music, you're probably wrong. The singer-songwriter, guitarist and piano player has recorded 20 albums, and his songs have been covered by the likes of Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, Willie Nelson, Jimmy Buffett, Jewel, Keith Urban, Three Dog Night, Buddy Guy, Emmylou Harris, Nick Lowe - do I need to go on?
Details: 8 p.m. at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, east of State Road 7 (US 441) and north of Sample Road at 5550 NW 40th St.; 954-977-6700 or www.seminolecoconutcreekcasino.com; $25.
One of the greatest comedians of all time takes no prisoners with his show, "No Holds Barred."

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 28
Original singer Jon Anderson (respiratory failure) has been replaced by tribute band frontman Benoit David, but you'll still groove to guitarist Steve Howe, bassist Chris Squire and company on classic tunes such as "I've Seen All Good People," "Roundabout," "Starship Trooper" and "Long Distance Runaround."
