Vintage Mavens boutique owner Shareen Sarwar just added designer to her resume with her latest endeavor: her own clothing line aptly called We are Vintage Mavens. The special limited edition collection is partly hand-made out of recycled vintage fabrics which were all sewn by the 28-year-old's mother.
There are dresses, one-of-a-kind scarves, cropped tops and hooded sheer polka dot jackets.The line retails from $16 up to $78 and there's only a few items in each category. "Once it sells out, that's it," said Sarwar "You won't be able to get another."
The raven haired Bangladesh transplant whose known for combining 60s vintage apparel with 5 inch Jeffrey Campbell booties and an army of mismatching oversized rings in her photos is also going to be selling jewelry from Sea of Bees.
Plus, you'll still be able to shop her beloved handpicked vintage items which she gets from all over the country under one online roof. As if it couldn't get any better, the former intern at Women's Wear Daily and Teen Vogue is available for styling advice whenever her clients need it.
