……..disappointed yet another time by the lack of customer service and over charging of Warren Henry’s service dept. I had my car towed in on a Friday morning. Apparently my car had problems with compression. Warren Henry said that it would be a minimal amount of $240.00/ 2 hrs to diagnosis the car. The Service rep called me on Sat. and stated that they were unable to find the problem and needed another 3 hrs at 107+ to see what the problem was. On Monday noon, the service rep called me with good news. They had fixed the car! She advised that they changed the spark plugs and my car was ready. She proceeds to tell me what my final bill was and I almost had a heart attack. My bill came to with tax a little more than $850.00. Process of elimination, the service dept figured all I need was spark plugs. This type of service does not cost $850.00! I pleaded with the service manager to reduce the price and he would not. Please, Please be careful when taking your car there. I can’t imagine that your experience will be any less aggravating than mine was…
Oh yeah, while I was waiting outside, I had the chance to speak with another unhappy customer that had apparently bought 4 jags from them. He was a true testimony to the lack of customer satisfaction.
