Party like it's (almost) 2009.

Many professional party people (an oxymoron?) insist that NYE is amateur night. And if you feel like acting amateurish, go for it. You have an entire year ahead of you to repent.

Joining the $125 and over club on the 31st is BED's party hosted by Annalynne McCord of The CW series 90210, which includes dinner and one bottle of red or white wine per couple. If you opt for the open bar package with passed hors d'oeuvres, that’s $125 as well.

At a reasonable $50 per person -- just to get in the door, that is -- you can spend New Year's at Glass with Shareef Malnik, Michael Capponi, Antonio Misuraca and Maxwell Blandford. DJ Irie, Joe Dert, Chicco Secci and Tam will spin.

Over at Casa Casuarina check out a Roaring '20s-themed party with fireworks display and two available packages: dinner and cocktail reception for -- breathe deeply -- $800 a person or the after party at $250 a person, including open bar and dessert buffet.

Celebs work hard on New Year's Eve. Just ask Lindsay Lohan after she ''hosts'' Mansion. It's a rough, rough life. Over at the Fontainebleau, Maroon Five frontman and self-professed manwhore Adam Levine will perform live poolside. Tickets are $225 and include open bar and what seems to now be a ubiquitous New Year's party shtick -- fireworks.

Over at LIV at the Fontainebleau, Diddy will host while those who pay the $300 general admission fee will get to sip on Ciroc vodka martinis garnished with 24 karat gold edible shavings. You may want to scrape those up and cash them in at a pawn shop afterward to recoup your investment.

At the Gansevoort South, actress Chloe Sevigny hosts and TI performs. Wilhelmina models have been hired to mingle with the average folks who will cough up the $225 general admission price, which includes open bar as well as mini burgers from the yet-to-open STK. Dress code: ''Miami Vice Chic.'' And at Mokai, the after-hours Platinum Ball sponsored by Dom Perignon, Belvedere and Veuve Cliquot boasts a surprise performance and superstar DJ set. General admission tix are $100 per person with a cash bar and available at the door.

The Shore Club features Kristin Cavallari and Robert Iler, whom we think has done nothing but host parties since The Sopranos got whacked. Ron Browz will perform his single Pop Champagne. Tickets are $250 and include open bar. At Grass Restaurant and Lounge, a $200 per person, four-course dinner with one bottle of champagne and one bottle of wine as well as free cocktail service at bar only. At the King Is Dead: a part for $100 per person with full open bar until midnight. After midnight, it's $50 per person and a cash bar.

And last but not least: Prive's New Year's Eve hosted by R&B star John Legend featuring open bar all night for $150.

Whatever you do, have a fabulous, safe time with nothing but fond memories and minimal to nonexistent hangovers.
