You know, I think you misinterpret what this 'game' is all about. Its all about self-improvement. Wouldn't you agree that people deserve to find some woman that they want to be with? Well, some people use techniques (which happen to work), and others learn the social principles behind those techniques and tactics and become better men that way. Why should a man pick up a book you dropped? A man (in the game) is looking for a woman that will respect him. A woman that drops something and EXPECTS a guy to pick it up is not a woman most of these 'self-improvement' junkies want to be with.
I've been in the Marines and had a lack of social skills because of my social conditioning growing up. In fact, I thought I had social anxiety. I am now better off than I was before, and I don't use 'canned-material.' I've been in personal development and personal growth ever since the Marines, and I'm sorry to say but you need to work on yourself first. If you expect a guy to DO things for you without warranting it, you are adding to the problem of EXTERNAL-validation.
