While I wish you luck, there are many other African American owned brands (vodka, cognac, and rum) that fit even your slightly narrow wiki definition (you really should use a TTB definition since they govern spirits). You should re-read getitright09's post as some of the actual brands are listed. It's ok if Victor or the writer were unaware of these brands, but to look for technicalities seems dishonest.
