The Forge is awesome on wednesdays. The menu has been updated and is still very pricey. Great dinner party to take out of towners.
I regret to inform that B.E.D is DEAD. It was the coolest place about seven years ago.
BLADE is gorgeous but be ready to wait quite a while for 1 single watered down drink. The service blows. Staff members are clueless and bartenders annoyingly slow.

The food at Grass is great and the vibe is nice too.

Every one of these 'restaurants' has bad, bad, food. I do not believe you have eaten at any of them. Even the 'classic green salad' at Grass is terrible. Please eat at restaurants before you recommend them. And enough already with 'posh'. I think the photo tells you everything you need to know about The Forge, et. al.
