The store is a great family owned store. I am aware of the situation mentioned in the "brujitalee" post. The mother of the child who gave Avalon the crappy rating, refused to come into the store to take responsibility for her children's behavior because she was at McDonalds on one occasion, and "in the parking lot" on the other. It is sad when any parent, ESPECIALLY a parent with disabilities abnegates their responsibility to be with and control their children's behavior. The mother, not the children, was chastised for her behavior in dropping her children off and not staying with them. She NEVER entered the store to talk about it, even at managements request. Sometimes the truth sets you free, sometimes it just makes you look foolish.
