Miami is to me...
I traded the cold weather of my native Pennsylvania for South Florida's subtropical climate about three years ago and I have never regretted it. I live on South Beach and work for the University of Miami. I enjoy running, going out to bars and dabbling in politics with the Young Republicans.

Posted on Mon, 01.28.2008 @ 10:51The Deuce is by far my favorite bar on South Beach. It has the longest happy (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM) that I have ever seen anywhere. It also has a very interesting mix a people there. One of my friends call it the 'Star Wars bar' alluding to the Mos Eisley Cantina from the original Star Wars movie. Bikers, models, businessmen, and low-lifes are all likely to be found drinking at the Duece. The bartenders at Club Deuce friendly and never leave you sitting there thirsty.... Read more
