    Maybe a scowl every now and then isn't so bad-probably keeps the staff on its toes. Or maybe it's just because I'm there?

    You are so right! She IS adorable! And you should also try duck and foie gras sausage with white beans in a port reduction. Yummy!

    Every one of these 'restaurants' has bad, bad, food. I do not believe you have eaten at any of them. Even the 'classic green salad' at Grass is terrible. Please eat at restaurants before you recommend them. And enough already with 'posh'. I think the photo tells you everything you need to know about The Forge, et. al. And the word 'posh' doesn't exactly 'pop out'. Unless of course that's the author photo, in which case I apologize, Aurora.... Read more

    Isn't this the place that your dining critic recently completely buried? Weird that you now like it so much. "North Dade nightlife hounds have embraced the restaurant's supper club atmosphere." That is just sad. "Chef Kelly Sheehan (Johnny V's South Beach)..." How long was that open, six months? Might want to take that off your resume, chef.
