Posted on Fri, 08.21.2009 @ 16:51Regarding the article in the weekend section on Bar Behavior, sadly of the 4 bartenders interviewed, only one really seemed to get the point that they are there for the customer. Most revealing was the answers on getting a bartender's attention- Andrew hit it right on the head, its the bartender's job. The other complained about being given a "psst", or an "excuse me" and one was crass enough to say wave your money. Andrew, good luck, you have what it takes to make it in the hospitality industry in this era of declining service. I suggest the others visit Andrew's bar and watch him for a night. ... Read more
