Miami is to me...

Moved here in 2004 from Long Island, NY. Started off in Miami and currently in Pembroke Pines for the last couple of months. I've been here for a good amount of time to know my way around and also have been to a few good places to mention but it never seems to be enough. I love going out with my friends, whether it be bowling/poker night or a bar hopping escapade. We always seem to make the best of our night.

  • Restaurants:

    Tu Tu Tangos on the grove, Great appetizers for super cheap. Bahama Breeze for a change every now and then. Superb selection of Caribbean cuisine. Coral Gables area has an ample amount of tasteful restaurants too many to remember. PF Changs in the Falls has beyond the best Mongolian beef I have ever tasted!

  • Nightclubs:

    I have been to my share of Nightclubs...from Visions in the Grove to Opium in South Beach. I always seem to find myself having the best time at Mansion (with a big group of friends of course). Currently finding myself at the new and improved B.E.D. The DJ's always have a different variety of music for everyone to enjoy.

  • Beaches:

    South Beach and Ft lauderdale Beach...any others I should know about??

  • Museums:

    None yet...Wolfsonian seems to be popular tho

  • Neighborhoods:

    Kendall, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Pembroke Pines....

  • Secret Hangouts:

    Not so secret but great place to go with a group of friends on a Friday night, Mandarin Oriental in downtown...

  • Other:

    Lounges are a must-Love/Hate, Buddha Bar, .... Hangout spots Gatsby's in Kendall. Cafe Iguana in Pines on Thursday nights. Any given Thursday on the grove is clearly college night... Nikki Beach on a Sunday is unforgettable. if you have not done soo yet, you must! They have great Mojitos (and I dont like Mojitos)!!

    Every time I've went..they have been unforgettable. Imagine the first time I has gone,I was dancing next to Michael Jordan and Evander Holyfield..despite the celebrity sightings here and there, it will make your Friday night the best you've had in a while!... Read more

    nothing like Aventura Mall and Sawgrass Mills. They are both gigantic! Its a guys worse nightmare...

    Luv luv luv PriVé...always a hassle to get in whether you know someone or not...but end results are satisfyingly drunk.

    This is a very chill place...many in Miami but not like Love/Hate. It's a party starter lounge that gets pretty packed quick! PLUS -The detail in this place is amazing... go figure it's Tattoo artist owned.... Read more

    It's definitely a single scene! The numerous times I did go it was packed. I must say its a ethnic hit.

    Enjoyed their medallions, very delicious! Inexpensive restaurant with a limited selection menu.
