Miami is to me...

My core belief is that we should treat this planet as if it's the only one we've got, and of course we don't in fact own it.

  • Restaurants:

    Soyka, Perricones, Sushi Siam, Lost & Found, Verdaddy's, Bagels & Co, Chipotle, Buena Vista Bistro, Enriqueta's, Lime @ Midtown, Primanti Bros (Oakland Pk Blvd)

  • Beaches:

    South

  • Museums:

    The Rubell Collection is bold, important and wonderful. Not a museum but I don't mind to pretend.

    The Norton in W Palm has noteworthy American painting and a formidable Chinese collection housed in the 2nd floor of the new wing.

  • Attractions:

    Miami people, of course, including some of the finest yoga instructors in the world.

    BiBo MiMo. And Mo elsewhere in SoFla.

  • Neighborhoods:

    The entire Biscayne Corridor, but I like other Miami places too.

    Makes me wanna meet the writer at Andiamo. I've never had wine with pizza and am not sure I approve. Also makes me wanna hear that Nas song. Dink should write for Hollywood. That would be to Hollywood's benefit.... Read more

    You don't have to be funny or witty all the time. And, as Bill Clinton might say, it depends on your definition of funny or witty. This is good. I don't think it has much of anything to do w/ my questions, but it is indeed good. (I have a friend who recently started using the word 'indeed' a lot and he's not British and it's driving me crazy indeed.)... Read more
