Posted on Tue, 01.06.2009 @ 15:14Do not shop at this loser store...read on... Without a doubt the owners of this company are complete dirty thieves. We shipped them merchandise for the Fall season and after most of the selling season was done and they still hadn't paid their invoices they sent their goon/loser buyers to ask their vendors for "help" in these tough economic times...and to them, what help entailed was a huge discount on unpaid and past due invoices. Are they kidding - they really believe that it is fair and ethical to first of all be way past due on their invoices and then try to ask their vendors for discounts on those invoices in the spirit of being "partners" - yes, this was their exact word - and to create a "profitable relationship"! Profitable for whom?? - obviously only them as they take your goods and don't pay for them! On top of this, for their next delivery we shipped them additional goods contingent upon them paying by credit card as they clearly cannot be trusted to have credit extended to them...They went on to accept the merchandise and then put a dispute on the credit card charge. So basically, they have stolen from us twice...I'm not seeking any sympathy here but I would like to warn all vendors to stop doing any business with these people as they will lie, cheat and steal from you...It is obviously in these people's blood, as the apple does not fall far from the tree - Jackie and his "cheat you through declaring bankruptcy" dad will take your goods and not pay you! Do not trust these people! Do not ship them goods! Do not even let them into your showroom or booth to look at or buy goods! You might as well send your stuff to the local shelter as you will get paid the same amount and then at least you will be helping someone that needs the clothes. If you are a customer in Florida, do not shop at this dirt bag's store...Be sure to steal his stuff though since he certainly deserves the payback for all that he and his dad have stolen from people in our business. -- I've enclosed a copy of their cry me a river email below: As you know, we have faced many obsticles in opening our store in Aventura. It has been one hold up after another, but we managed to open our doors Saturday in the midst of the worst economic environment retail has ever seen. It is for this reason we are reaching out to our vendors for help. Would you please offer us a discount on our invoices? Right now I have Invoices #'s open from you. If we could do something around 20% that would be amazing. We want to continue and strengthen our relationship with you, as you know with the delay we were forced to open 2 months late and I now have goods on our floor from you from Fall 1 and I will have to mark it down soon as is already is elsewhere. If we can lower the balance, I will be able to have a check sent to you today. We look forward to a profitable business relationship, but need your aid during this hard time.
