    I have been a regular at Andiamos since I first moved to Miami back in 2002. It wasn’t until about a year or so ago; I started to notice the decline in customer service. Andiamo has always been known for its great atmosphere and its delicious food. The God Father Pizza is my favorite! So, at what price does good food come? Miami is so notorious for its lack of customer service, when you find a good place that treats you right, we where it out! Miami business owners, don’t you know that it’s the customers that pay your bills? Or better yet, He who holds’s the gold makes the rules, remember that?     ……..disappointed yet another time by the lack of customer service and over charging of Warren Henry’s service dept. I had my car towed in on a Friday morning. Apparently my car had problems with compression. Warren Henry said that it would be a minimal amount of $240.00/ 2 hrs to diagnosis the car. The Service rep called me on Sat. and stated that they were unable to find the problem and needed another 3 hrs at 107+ to see what the problem was. On Monday noon, the service rep called me with good news. They had fixed the car! She advised that they changed the spark plugs and my car was ready. She proceeds to tell me what my final bill was and I almost had a heart attack. My bill came to with tax a little more than $850.00. Process of elimination, the service dept figured all I need was spark plugs. This type of service does not cost $850.00! I pleaded with the service manager to reduce the price and he would not. Please, Please be careful when taking your car there. I can’t imagine that your experience will be any less aggravating than mine was… Oh yeah, while I was waiting outside, I had the chance to speak with another unhappy customer that had apparently bought 4 jags from them.   • Europa Car Wash and Café

    I witnessed something today that I thought was long gone. At the Europa Café/Chevron Gas Station, an elderly woman pulled up to one of the pumps to get gas. I am assuming she got out of the car and went inside to pay. Upon coming back out, one of the younger guys washing cars ran over to assist her with pumping her gas. I’m not sure if he did it on his own or under the direction of the owner, either way I have a new found respect for the busy Café/Station. I recommend this busy Station as it appears that they are truly focused on customer service. ****... Read more
