Victoria, I've eaten at Miyagi's three times since it's opened and just now read your review. I have also read customers' comments recently on the Miami-Herald website and they were very positive. I want to clarify that there are no booths at all at Miyagi's -- it's tables and chairs. I have also had the coconut roll for dessert once, but didn't notice any excessive milk on the plate; instead I found the item to be light, appetizing and not overly sweet. The one thing that impressed me (and others who recommended I eat there)was the large selection offered on the menu. I've heard comments from many customers and they were as satisfied as I was with all aspects of the restaurant.
