Greedy landlords, it is a shame that there is not laws protecting small business owners that have invested there life into these venues. This sound like another case like the Terranova Buildings across David's , no more Miss Yips, Bar 721, Tacotento, Rancho Grande, Buck 15. I know a lot of ex employees from these venues that end up with out a job and told me there rents were 40 k per month at the Buck 15 location and the landlord wanted more. The city of Miami Beach should do something about it, they are losing tons of revenue and we are lossing all the good local spots. Good Luck to David's I have so many good memories there.... Read more
