I was VERY disappointed with the store. I went to DASH yesterday Sept. 26 2010 after driving 4 hrs. I am a HUGE fan of the Kardashians & I wanted to go so BAD to their store & support the girls. I planned on going in there & spending atleast couple hundred dollars BUT first I noticed how small the store was, then there were 2 girls working there but NOT once did they say "Hi" or "welcome to DASH" nothing they were both in the back room talking within eachother. I was so pissed at the fact that it looked way different on TV, & even more pissed at their employees. Those two girls need to get replace with girls who actually have customer service, if they keep those two girls i GUARANTEE you that they will have NO business. The key to business is CUSTOMER SERVICE, do these girls do not know how LUCKY they are to be part of DASH? I would say NO they do not!!! Such a bad experience I truely wish that Kourtney, Kloe, or Kim were there & not to see them but to atleast receive good customer service! Good luck DOLLS with keeping those 2 girls! ... Read more
