Urban Beach Weekend may be coming to a close, but your would never know it during Memorial Day Weekend 2012. Festival goers werenot discouraged, as they returned early Sunday for Day 3 of fun in the sun before heading to the Best of the Best concert - a 10-hour showcase of some of the best hip-hop and reggae stars.
