Top Ten Fourth of July Weekend Parties in Miami and South Florida
Get ready to dance like a firework
We all know the Fourth of July is all about fireworks, food and family. But it’s also one of the best times of the year to go out and groove to the sounds of great DJs, with pool parties and rooftop soirees galore. Here are Miami.com’s Top 10 picks for this holiday’s best bashes:
1. IndepenDANCE Music Week Pool Parties at the Raleigh
IndepenDANCE celebrates its 10th year, and there’s no better way to party South Beach-style on the Fourth of July than chilling poolside at the gorgeous Raleigh Hotel. The DJ talent matches the classy ambiance: On Friday, dance to the Euro-beats of Cedric Gervais, who chose Miami Beach over his native France in 1998, then won a Grammy Award last year for his remix of Lana Del Rey’s hit “Summertime Sadness”; also on the bill are Michael Woods, Digital Lab, Damaged Goods and Andres Fresko. Saturday brings German DJ Loco Dice, famous for his 16-hour marathon sets and Used + Abused parties during Winter Music Conference, plus Stacey Pullen, Paul Ritch, Cocodrills, Louis Puig, Danyelino + Mada and ALX.
