Top Chef fans rejoice - come November 2012 Hung Huynh will join Top Chef alum Jeff McInnis in opening a restaurant on South Beach. Huynh plans to open an outpost of his Manhattan seafood-centric CATCH restaurant in the soon-to-open James Hotel on Collins Ave (in the former Royal Palm space). Eater reports that it's raining Top Chefs on South Beach and Huynh is a big score for Miami, the city where his victorious Top Chef season took place. Huynh's signature dishes include crispy whole red snapper for two, Dungeness crab tagliatelle and a 2lbs Cantonese lobster.
