Though not as ubiquitous as the Kardashians, Top Chef-testants and winners are popping up in Miami as frequently as casting calls for absurd reality shows, and at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, season 7 winner Kevin Sbraga and chef/owner of his eponymous Philadelphia restaurant will take over the menu for one night only at Michael Schwartz's praiseworthy pie-hole. Tickets are $129 each, very limited and include one of Sbraga's aprons. Purchase them here.
