Elegant and innovative, with a Japanese menu added, the dining room has windows on each side, to the east overlooking the water, to the west the open, stainless-steel kitchen. Its fare includes duck, quail and other mild exotica, wonders of the sea and plenty of Chinese soup, 14 here. Other signature plates include the lettuce rolled shrimp, spicy scallops and shrimp, cashew chicken and steamed snow tofu.
