Thursday evenings you can forget about all of your economic woes at Jaguar's weekly happy hour. For a mere $20, you get unlimited dibs on appetizers like their ceviche by the spoonful, skewers of meat and chicken with a variety sauces as well as three cocktails of your choice (they don't want you to get too sloppy). With a band playing Latin jazz in the background, this is quite a happy hour, indeed.
