Where to eat and what to do in Cauley Square

Cauley Square is a charming collection of Old Florida cottages, shops, restaurants, gardens and galleries village that sits on 10 lush acres far south in Miami-Dade county off US-1 by 224th Street. The village has survived hurricanes, neglect and condemnation until it ultimately was designated with the “historic site” title by the County in 1994. It is currently beginning its first major makeover since the village was rebuilt after Hurricane Andrew. If you stumble upon this quaint only-in-Miami spot, here are some of the highlights.
