Are you ready for a taste of Tulum, Tel Aviv, Thong Sala and Tokyo? Of course you are! Currently under construction comes Upper Buena Vista — a global-inspired village nestled between the Miami Design District and Little Haiti. “Think of Upper Buena Vista as a community-driven lifestyle destination that embraces our city’s progressive evolutions,” Co-Founder David Lahmy says. “It’s a tranquil enclave where specialty retail, hospitality and wellness will coalesce,” he adds.
Engulfed in greenery and lush foliage, the spirit of Buena Vista is honored by low-rise structures — where the heart of the project is nature. There will be a total of 22 retail shops, with 17 micro boutiques and 5 petite boutiques replete with wooden finishes, industrial accents and distressed materials. “Confirmed tenants include a local coffee shop, craft jewelry and accessories, home décor, hair salon, custom tailoring and a moto-inspired lifestyle brand,” Lahmy says.
Guests are welcome to chill out, too. Upper Buena Vista will be enhanced with experiential activations promising to evoke emotion and spark thought. He adds, “We’ve created various installations and chill-out zones which will be placed throughout the space to stimulate the senses.
Now that sounds groovy.
