Hands-down the brunch locale with the most “scene” with regards to people watching. Expect to rub elbows with a celeb or famous athlete on “any given Sunday.” Sunday Brunch at the Forge goes from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and features an extensive brunch menu reflective of executive chef Dewey LoSasso’s “Progressive American” cuisine. Brunch boasts a combination of seasonally inspired breakfast classics with an edgy farm- and ocean-to-table approach and an expected hint of whimsy. The brunch features unlimited Mimosas, full Bloody Mary Bar (arguably the best on a Sunday in Miami), multiple stations for self-serve access in addition to more than 15 different entrée options served to the table (the steak and eggs are anything but ordinary). Additionally, a craft table offers a new form of creative recreation for the young and the young at heart. Guests have the opportunity to construct elaborate paper airplanes, build handmade books or get creative with modeling clay, crayons, design paper and paints.

More like the most delicious all-you-can-eat decadent dinner in the middle of a Sunday, than a typical brunch, Zuma offers three overflowing, artfully prepared buffets with the most delectable, Asian-inspired, Robata grill delights and sushi bar, arranged on countertops which overlook the open kitchen. Think of it as “brunch and a show.” Much heavier on the “unch” than the “br” (the only actual breakfast item is a poached egg station where you can dress your egg to your heart’s content, unless you count the Zuma and Robata Bloody Marys). The sushi bar includes some of the freshest and most delicious portions this side of Tokyo, the ribs are a “don’t miss” and the fresh lump crabmeat/spinach salad is a favorite among the salad selections. It is truly hard to narrow down the favorites, as every dish seems right out of an Iron Chef episode. While you enjoy the buffet, you can watch the chef prepare your main menu selection – a chicken, fish or beef entrée. The Black Angus skirt steak is out of this world and even non-chicken fans will delight in the succulent barley miso/corn-fed baby chicken. Through it all, the attentive wait staff will guide you through the buffet items and keep you hydrated with champagne or signature cocktails. Brunch is available from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

South Beach’s Art Deco gem offers guests a day at the beach as part of its weekly Sunday brunch which features must-have items such as fresh breakfast pastries, tropical fruits, and classic smoked salmon. There are also omelet, carving and dessert stations, unlimited Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. After the food fest, “brunchers” are invited to stay and enjoy the hotel’s iconic 205-foot infinity pool and beach – a perk typically reserved only to hotel guests. If you’ve seen this pool, you know it’s a tempting reason to dine and unwind. Sunday brunch goes from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Gibraltar scores points for its breathtaking waterfront views – you’ll feel as if you are dining right on the water – especially if you are lucky enough to snag an outdoor table for “Brunch by the Bay.” The menu of indulgent dishes is paired with unlimited champagne and Mimosas. To satisfy all types of appetites and palates, its expansive selection of sweet, savory, salty and smoky items each boast the freshest seasonal ingredients. Guests can feast on a bountiful seafood display including oysters on the half shell, shrimp and crab; stations of assorted breads and pastries; seasonal fruit; and a made-to-order omelet station. Hot food options include chicken and fish dishes and char-grilled flank steak with caramelized onions and a cabernet reduction (the best item on the menu). There are assorted salads and an array of charcuterie cheeses. Brunch is available Sundays from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The brunch at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s American brasserie is designed to satisfy everyone’s culinary cravings and offers various healthy options – so that you won’t have to avoid your personal trainer on Monday. The extensive brunch buffet includes an omelet station, all of your usual favorite breakfast selections and mouthwatering desserts. The biggest draws are the rotisserie, which includes aged prime rib and Lobster Thermidor and the crustacean station which features a ceviche bar, unlimited shrimp, Backfin crab meat and steamed mussels and clams. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
