An open letter to Sawgrass Mills Mall: How?
How do you keep bringing South Florida the best-of-the-best in the wallet-friendly and on-trend retail game? We recently caught wind of a spate of new openings and the roster is pretty AMAZING. Can we get a dramatic AF, “Yas Queen!?”
Come this fall and winter, shoppers can expect novel stores by Century 21, Matchbox restaurant, Philip Plein and Stance. Expansions over at the existing Stuart Weitzman, Michael Kors and Hugo Boss are also in order. That ish cray, WE KNOW.
These exciting announcements come hot on the heels of several recent outlet openings at the Sunrise, Florida-based shopping destination. Brands such as Sandro, Maje, The Kooples and Club Monaco have all opened stores within the past two months.
For those of you not-in-the-know, Sawgrass Mills is the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States, and provides more than 350 name-brand outlet and off-price retail stores, two major food courts, 9 full-service restaurants and top entertainment.
In terms of tourism, it’s up there with Disney World. Millions of visitors annually enjoy stores throughout the property such as Calvin Klein, Coach, Disney Character Warehouse, Escada Company Store, Gap Outlet, Guess Factory Store, Hugo Boss Factory Store, Marshalls, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store and TUMI, as well as anchor stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Bloomingdale’s – The Outlet Store, Super Target and electronics superstore, BrandsMart USA. In other words, score Prada for next to nada.
