We chat up the stylish sensation for you:

You’ve tackled television, dressing Hollywood’s elite, creating a ready-to-wear line, authoring a book and now this! Describe the resortwear collection for those not-in-the-know: This collection is all about getaway essentials – pieces that are glamorous and effortlessly transition from day to night.

We’ve spotted you several times in the Magic City — what do you love most about Miami? Art Basel is one of my favorite reasons to visit Miami. I was raised around art and my parents have been collectors since I can remember. I can’t wait to take my boys one day.

You are the very definition of “fashionista.” What is on your feet right now? I’ve been living in the Heart platform sandals from my newest Spring 2015 collection. It has a major tread platform sole with slatted leather and chunky zippers up both sides…it’s everything!

What is on your bookshelf? I love my fashion and coffee table books – they double as inspiration and art.

What can you not miss on TV? I have to say I don’t have much time to watch TV…unless it’s Baby Einstein with my boys.

What song instantly puts you in a good mood? There are so many – anything by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and The Grateful Dead . I also love 1970s classic rock. But, “Bittersweet Symphony” came on the other day and I had to turn it up!

What is your greatest indulgence? Eating takeout at home with my boys in our bathrobes.

What is the one thing you wish you knew when you were younger? To not take things personally and always have tough skin.
