Purehoney 5yr – One of our favorite local publications is celebrating 5 years of delivering great culture to South Florida with a pre-party at Gramps with Ghost Drag Records. Check out The Stargazer Lilies, Seafoam WALLS, and Peyote Coyote for the live jams.

Transit Loves the Arts – You know those ads that appear on Miami’s buses, trains, and transit stations? We’re going to take some of them over with art created by local artists for an epic mobile canvas! From now until the 19th, we’re accepting designs for a city-wide bus-wrapping contest to fill public transit with the work of local talents! Find out more here.
Saturday, Sept. 17
International Coastal Clean-Up – Ocean trash is a serious problem that affects the health of people, wildlife and our economies. Join the world’s largest volunteer effort for our ocean and waterways by participating in Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup, in Miami-Dade on Sept. 17th.

Yoga on Tap – In celebration of national yoga month lululemon will be partnering with Lincoln’s Beard Brewing Co. to host a yoga on tap event at the brewery. Miami Fashion Film Festival – Offering a close and colorful look at the creative and fast-paced world of the fashion industry, the Miami Fashion Film Festival (MIAFFF) celebrates the films and filmmakers that creatively examine the art, culture, and business of fashion, both locally and internationally. Bringing attention to the historical interdependence between art and fashion and its influences, MIAFFF adds to the “fashion is art” narrative with local and international films that highlight fashion design through graphics, sound, and motion, in real and digitally imagined environments as well as revealing documentaries that delve into the designer psyche and craft.
