Shed your shy, unassuming alter ego and unleash the hero that lies within at this convention dedicated to the mighty defenders of all that is good in this world. Taking place Saturday and Sunday starting at 10 a.m., the event features gaming, comics, anime, manga, collectibles, vendors, seminars and, of course, plenty of cosplay. WSVN 7 News anchor Christine Cruz will hang out with the hero fans, as well as some of the craftiest cosplayers in town, donning their most heroic costumes. The event takes place at the Miami Airport Convention Center, 777 NW 72nd St., Miami. Tickets are $20 for a one-day pass, $30 for a two-day pass, $5 off for those in costume, kids under 12 free.
