Don’t be turned off by the neighborhood strip mall locale. Georgie’s Alibi of Wilton Manors is a fun place to get a drink or a meal.
Hungry? The outside patio is where you can grab your grub or go inside and get your drink on. Georgie’s is open daily for drinks and food. There is no smoking permitted inside. If you want to smoke you’ll have to do it outside.
Alibi, as it’s called by the locals, is best known for its drink specials. (No one ever leaves thirsty!) Drink specials abound with 2-for-1 Happy Hour from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays are their best nights.
Alibi attracts a mixed crowd of old and young, locals and tourists, women and men (but mostly men). Inside you will find pool tables, booths, and several bars that make getting your drink effortless. Resident VJs (not DJs) play popular tunes that are displayed in various flat and projection screens throughout the bar. And there’s also a Martini room where local singers perform on a weekly basis.
