Cadillac features 2015 Cadillac ATS model at Road to Table Culinary Experience at Michael’s Genuine

Good food and a sweet ride – a perfect combination for a fun night out courtesy of Cadillac and Saveur Magazine who hosted an exclusive intimate culinary experience for local tastemakers and influencers on November 12 with celebrity chef, Michael Schwartz. The James Beard Award-winning chef & restauranteur curated the private dining experience at his flagship restaurant, Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, in the heart of the Design District. The entire evening was chic and fashionable as guests arrived in style by driving to the restaurant in the 2015 Cadillac ATS for an exclusive driving experience. The farm-to-table culinary journey was part of Cadillac’s “Road to Table” series, which combines culinary excellence with a unique opportunity to test drive the next-generation of Cadillacs.

Dinner was served family-style with a dinosaur bone braised beef shank as the main highlight. Farm fresh appetizers consisted of roasted squash salad, yellowfin tuna crudo, and bacon wrapped pears. The main course also include wood oven roasted poulet rouge and green beans with shallots and perfectly sautéed zucchini as the sides. Dinner ended with sweet treats and coffee at a Dessert Afterglow.

Road to Table kicked off in 2014 in other markets, including Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, and Orange County as part of Cadillac’s strategy to integrate the brand into lifestyle experiences.
