Accessible Art: Contemporary French artists at France Pavilion and the GMCVB presents Art of Black Miami

France Pavilion

France Pavilion, a 5,000-square-foot pop-up gallery and event space in South Beach, is hosting an exhibition of more than 20 contemporary French artists through Dec. 30. Curated by Sebastien Laboureau, France Pavilion is situated next to Villa Azur at 309 23rd St., Miami Beach. It’s open daily from 3 p.m. to midnight. unWRAPPED at ArtServe 

One-of-a-kind creations made by local artists are for sale in ArtServe’s “unWRAPPED: A Curated Collection of Art + Gifts” from Dec. 16 – 30. The annual all-member showcase features a variety of styles, media and artistic techniques including wearable art, paintings, sculpture, textile, photography and more. ArtServe is located at 1350 E. Sunrise Blvd., Fort Lauderdale and admission to the gallery is free. Gallery hours are Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. A special reception is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 17 from 6 – 8 p.m.; all items in the collection will be 15 percent off. Art of Black Miami

The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) presents Art of Black Miami, a platform spotlighting local, national and international art and artists representing the African diaspora. New in Wynwood

Rumney Guggenheim is showing “Bastion” in Wynwood with works by public artists in a gallery setting. New pieces by Swoon, Olek, AIKO are on view alongside Olivia Steele and Boxhead in the temporary exhibition space run by Santiago Rumney Guggeheim, the 23-year-old great-grandson of Peggy Guggenheim. The space is located at 2085 NW 2nd Ave., #104, Miami and open from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. through Feb. 16.
