The Restaurant at the Setai
Executive Chef Jonathan Wright's new menu incorporates classic Asian dishes with a modern interpretation including a series of small plates, dim sum, noodles, curried meat and fish all served family style.
The 15,000-square-foot space is grandly elegant with huge, dark-wood-beamed ceilings and lots of glass, stone and water accents shimmering beneath well-placed lights. Outside, lush gardens and shallow reflection ponds lead to the pools and beach. The tables in a rambling nest of dining rooms are well spaced and sparsely dressed with white tablecloths and rose buds.
