New England heads south this month as restaurateur Ken Lyon (Fratelli Lyon) opens the Cape Cod Room at the Bath Club. Formerly a members-only space, the intimate restaurant is now a clubby homage to seafood open to the public. Nosh on addictive churro-shaped corn bread, dig into Cape Cod Qauhog Chowder, mini lobster rolls, codfish stew or lobster potpie, and finish off with Indian pudding, shortbread cookies and a piece of saltwater taffy (naturally).
