She is in town to reveal her Skinnygirl line of wines at Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village on Saturday during Wine and Food:

Any advice for the aspiring Skinnygirls of Miami?

I've spent a lot of time in Miami and it is full of Skinnygirls. I mean that not because of the beautiful bodies, but because of the attitude and style that is uniquely Miami. Miami women have a certain style, sexiness and confidence that transcends body image. Being a Skinnygirl is about feeling good about yourself and owning it.

How about the Skinnyboys?

There are lots of Skinnyboys in Miami. They are fun and flirty and they are proud of who they are and where they're from. My advice is to keep that attitude wherever you go.

What is the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to Miami?

For me Miami means a Latin beat, a smoldering sexiness, shimmering bodies, a free spirit and the overall feeling of freedom to express yourself. I love it there. I travel a lot to a lot of exotic and interesting places, and because I'm so busy, I often dread it. I am NEVER not thrilled and excited about a trip to Miami. I would live there in a Miami minute.

What is the first thing you pack when you’re headed to Miami?

I pack hats, a workout outfit to do yoga and for my beach walks, any bikinis, cute white dresses and colorful shoes. I always bring my Skinnygirl body shimmer and my Skinnygirl tinted moisturizer with SPF 15

And the first thing you leave behind?

I leave behind anything black.
