Forgo the ubiquitous V-Day gift — boxers and panties — and give 'em Sweets By Sasha's homemade chocolate boxer lollipops ($2 each).  

Miami-based confectioner Sasha Miller also whips up cheesecakes, cake pops, chocolate roses and red velvet whoopies ($20 to $30).

Her specialty? Chocolate-covered strawberries. Miller custom decorates each strawberry and can inject them with rum, vodka or cognac.
