About

Features a mix of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian-inspired dishes. Menu includes a choice from four starter items-farofa fried oysters, kimchee tuna tartar, kobe beef tataki and yellowtail seviche, paired with a Japanese White Ale, Hitachino Nest beer. Main course includes a choice from four internationally-infused dishes-cast iron baked eggs, mini moqueca, open faced churrasco sandwich or an assort of Peruvian anticuchos which includes beef tenderloin and aji panca, chicken and smoked teriyaki, eggplant and mustard miso and duck breast and ginger sweet soy. Paired with a Brazilian Lager, Palma Louca beer. Beer pairings are available for $15 for ages 21 and up
