Miami Beach's Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian restaurant, SUSHISAMBA dromo, offers Floridians and visitors alike an opportunity to sample sake and learn special culinary techniques from the pros. After a one-year hiatus, the class has made a successful comeback, with the introduction of new Corporate Sake Sommelier, Midori Roth. The class will be offered monthly and will be conducted with the help of SUSHISAMBA dromo's executive sushi chef, Shoyo Lida.
