Sugarcane hosts Paula DaSilva, Jeff McInnis & Jose Mendin in its final Dinner with Friends

Timon Balloo is ending Sugarcane’s Dinner with Friends series with a bang on Monday, Jan 28. The final evening in the series welcomes Paula DaSilva (1500°), Dean James Max (3030 Ocean), Jeff McInnis (Yardbird), Jose Mendin (Pubbelly) and Antonio Bachour (St. Regis Bal Harbour Hotel) into the restaurant's kitchen. Each chef will prepare a single course, creating a six-course wine-paired feast to be held in Sugarcane’s new private dining room “the gallery.” Menu highlights include stone crab, chicken n’ dumplings, braised Florida rabbit tacos and roasted dry aged cowboy steak. $150 per person, proceeds benefit Share Our Strength, email sugarcane@sushisamba.com to reserve..
