Stephenie Meyer and Host stars make appearance

Max Irons (Jeremy Irons' son), Stephenie Meyer and Jake Abel attended the The Host book signing tour at Books & Books on Tuesday in Coral Gables.
Earlier in the day, the writer of the Twilight series posed and laughed it up with the two leading men at the Mandarin-Oriental. She penned the book, on which the sci fi thriller is based. The Host costars Diane Kruger and is in theaters March 29.
Nope, no vampires, but lots of fans of the toothy franchise were in attendance. About 600 in total, organizers said.
