American & French cuisines will meet in Boca this June as Stéphane’s opens its doors just off Glades Road. Owner Stéphane Lang-Willar and chef John Belleme (Umi Fishbar & Grill) have created a "value-oriented" menu featuring East & West coast oysters, duck a l’orange and Mediterranean sea bass.
