Justly known for its terrific thin-crust pizzas, Spris is one of the most popular - and affordable - destinations on Lincoln Road. Salads and carpaccios are also nicely turned out, but those pizzas keep the crowds jostling for tables.

If you're off work early, try the Beat the Clock happy hour from 5:30 to 7 p.m. nightly. If you arrive at 6:14pm, for example, your pizza will cost $6.14.
